Ronda has worked for nearly 25 years as a software developer. The majority of her work experience is as a .NET (C#) Developer. Fulfilling various roles throughout the years, she is currently working as the Director of Engineering as Genomenon in Ann Arbor, MI
Often finding herself as a the only female developer at her workplace she is now seeking to solve this discrepancy. She founded the Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy EllaVatec to allow her to use her personal experience to help companies create a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
Ronda regularly teaches classes for tech[inclusive] and taught 2 cohorts of bootcamp students while working for The Iron Yard Detroit.
Ronda is a Co-Founder of tech[inclusive]. She acts as the organization's Director of Sponsorship and often teaches classes and does presentations for the org.
