Ronda has worked for nearly 20 years as a software developer. The majority of her work exoerience is as a .NET (C#) Developer. Fulfilling various roles throughout the years, she is currently working as a Consultant Developer for Pillar Technology in Ann Arbor, MI
Often finding herself as a the only female developer at her workplace she is now seeking to solve this discrepancy. She founded the Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy EllaVatec to allow her to use her personal experience to help companies create a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
Ronda regularly teaches classes for GDI and taught 2 cohorts of bootcamp students while working for The Iron Yard Detroit.
Ronda is the Co-Founder and a Chapter Leader for the Ann Arbor chapter of Girl Develop It.
